Renewing my sense of purpose
Last week, I was honoured to attend the “Inclusion through Cultural Intelligence: Many Cultures, One Legal Profession”.
I walked away with a renewed sense of purpose. Every moment of this gathering reminded me why I am deeply committed to promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in our communities and workplaces.
The event highlighted the essential role that cultural intelligence plays in our legal profession.
It was a powerful reminder that, no matter our backgrounds, we all share one path and one set of values.
The discussions underscored that fostering inclusion isn’t just about recognising differences but celebrating our shared humanity.
Diversity+, founded by Naeema Yaqoob Sajid, delivered an inspiring message that spoke directly to my passion for equality and humanity.
Energised and excited about the work ahead
They reminded us that diversity isn’t just a target to meet; it’s a strength that binds us all. I left the event energised and excited about the work ahead.
I believe we can create a more equal legal profession and world for everyone through cultural intelligence and inclusion.
Thank you to Diversity+ for the inspiration!
